He is survived by: his former wife Karen Dupee; his wife Susan of Necedah; his children, Debra Baumgartner (Dave) of Wilmington, IL, Kathleen "Kitty" Waszak (Ed) of Park Ridge, IL, Darla Wittenberg (Glen) of Cary, IL, Steven Kosinski (Virginia) of Appleton, WI and Jennifer Kosinski (Zachary DeGuire) of La Crosse, WI; his grandchildren, Brian Hayes (Gina), Karen O'Connor (Pat), Michelle "Mimi" Rainford (Andy), Kristina Krupa, Katie, Karlie Waszak, Johnny, Mary, Lucy, Robert "Bobby" Wittenberg, Andrew, Alena, Olivia, Matthew and Alex Kosinski; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Gwen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and dear friends.
