O'Neil (Necedah, Wisconsin), born in Janesville, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 10, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James O'Neil and Anna O'Neil (Sylvester); his wife Connie; his stepson Eric Gangstad (Angela); his granddaughters, Tova and Keelan Gangstad; and his sister Sharon Brothen (Tom).
