He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael G. Bloomer Sr. and Barbara J. Bloomer; his brothers, Danny and Larry Bloomer; his father-in-law Louis Peasley (Mary); and his brothers-in-law, Dave Peasley, Rich Peasley and Joseph Peasley.
He is survived by: his wife Julie L. Bloomer; his siblings, Charlie Bloomer (Vicky), Lorrie Fox (Dave), Tim Bloomer (Linda), Shan Bloomer (Jessica) and Shawn Bloomer; his siblings-in-law, Jim Peasley (Connie), Louie Peasley (Cindy), Steve Peasley (Sue), Debbie Peasley, Karen Neal, Linda Vavrin (Jeff), Sue Pruitt (Ray) and Kathi Rasmussen (Hal); and his grandchildren, Jayden, Charolette, Emma Bloomer and Greyson Kacmar. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
His contributions to the club were numerous, and his efforts helped foster a sense of unity and support within the community.
