He is survived by: his wife Tina Pine of Necedah, WI; his children, Kristopher Pine (Janet) of Texas, Cassandra, Aurora, Addison, Belladonna and Andrew; his brothers, Keith Pine (Sandy) of Whitewater, WI and Bruce Pine (Judy) of Watertown, WI; his daughters, Ashley (Brian) and Marina; his sister Gail Halverson (Dan); his children, Brianna Halverson (Brian) and James Halverson (Amy); his grandchildren, Landon and Alexis; his brothers-in-law, Tim Boutain (Jodi) of South Milwaukee, WI and Tom Boutain (Kristy) of Wausau, WI; his nieces and nephews, Joseph, Emily and Addison; his father-in-law Virgil Boutain (Karen) of Necedah, WI; and also Jenny. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
