He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Moldenhauer and Elaine Moldenhauer (Rademan). He is survived by: his wife Carol Boesch; his children, Philip Moldenhauer (Megan) of Eau Claire, WI, Paul Moldenhauer (Cathy) of West Bend, WI, David Moldenhauer (Kristin) of West Salem, WI and Amy Schleis (John) of Kiel, WI; his grandchildren, Cora, Faith, Naomi, Auggie, Selah, Paige, Justin and Katelyn; and his siblings, Martin (Cynthia) and Nancy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be given to Camp Phillip, Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, or St. Luke Lutheran Church of New Lisbon.
