He is survived by: his parents, James Elliott and Vivian Elliott (Jerome); his son Excavating; his wife Libin Mo; his stepchild Zongxin; his children, Derrick Elliott (Kelli) and Kristen Elliott (Brent Lawson); his grandchildren, Ryan, Kinsley and Connor; his siblings, James Elliott (Kathy), Jerry Elliott (Mary) and Janelle Elliott-Bell (Paul); his stepson James Delconte (Brooke); and his stepgrandchildren, Riley and Sophia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
