With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Isabell Loretta Rubel of Necedah, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 15, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Rambur and Rose Rambur (Kuntz); her husband Bernard Rubel; her son Joseph Rubel; her sons-in-law, James Schumer and Terry Delaney; her grandson Andrew Shapiro; her siblings, Frances Landwehr (Art), Helen Iverson (Ike), Rose Potter (Bob), John Rambur (Margy), Bill Rambur (Betty) and Leo Rambur (Betty); and her brother-in-law Jim Hogoboom.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Rubel (Debra) of Necedah, Virginia Hodal (Lawrence) of Necedah, Mary Rubel of Necedah and Molly Delaney of Wisconsin Dells; her grandchildren, David Alvarez, Sarah Volker (Ben), Jennifer Rubel (Jerry Healy), Amber Rubel, Gerard Schumer (Christina), Rose Busse (Joe), Alex Schumer (Celine), Michael Schumer (Laura), Michelle, Melissa Worden, Mario Hodal and Lauren Hodal; and her sister Margy Hogoboom. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the St. Francis of Assisi Choir.
