He is survived by: his children, Paul Spirek of Madison, WI, Kevin Spirek of Necedah, WI, Pamela Zolondek (Michael) of Mauston, WI and Letitia Spirek-Algrain (Marcelo) of Dunlap, IL; his grandchildren, Juliana, Rose (Ian), Nicolas and Laura; his great grandchild Wyatt; and his siblings, Larry (Jeanine), Henry, Denny (Mary Lee) and Mary Lou. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
