With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Allen Rogers of Necedah, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 23, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Douglas Allen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Douglas Allen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Rogers and Millie Rogers (Kohn); and his brother Charlie Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Karen Rogers; his daughters, Mariette Kersten (Scott) and Aubrey Flick (Kerry); his grandchildren, Kara and Perry West; and his close friend Dachshund-Digger.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church-Shennington (33458 WI-21, Camp Douglas, WI 54618). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (33458 WI-21, Camp Douglas, WI 54618).
