She is survived by: her husband Glen A. Jacobson of Necedah; her daughters, Debbie Sparby (Todd) of Arkdale, WI and Susie Baumgart (Bill) of New Lisbon, WI; her grandchildren, Caitlin Miller (Ben), Sean Baumgart (Taylor), Trace Baumgart, Cade Sparby and Connar Cwikla (Nick); and her great grandchildren, Bentley, Eli, Carson, Branson, Weslee and Levi. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
