He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Borre and Doris Borre (Brandt); his brother Gary; his parents-in-law, Vernon, Ruth Tubbs and Peter Tubbs (Sandra); and his son-in-law Patrick Bradley.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Tubbs; his daughters, Cyndi Bradley, Barbara Borre, Karen Holder (Josh) and Ann Booth (Jon); his sister Kathy Loerzel (Rick); and his mothers-in-law, Miriam Burchell (Alan) and Ione Dorschner. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to be directed to the family, for a memorial to be established at a later date.
