He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; his children, Jeffrey Smith (Leisha), Marie O'Brien (Michael), Charlene Franz (Stephen), Diane Smith Bueche and Ronald P. Smith (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Andrew Smith, Thomas Bueche, Nathan Franz, Emily Bueche Everett, Rein Smith, Ethan Franz, Jacob Smith, Brianna Bueche and Callie Smith Gudmundson; and his great grandchild Adrian Smith.
