She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Jones and Jerrine Jones; her husband Ted; her daughters, Mary (Brian) and Julie; her grandchildren, John, Samantha and Theodore; her sisters-in-law, Anna Shimek (Jerry) and Fifi Stevens (Mike); and her friend Dody Sadler. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Kathy's name to the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic at Summit Aurora Hospital.
