He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Erica Rae Horner. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Henke; his grandson Hunter; his stepdaughter Kara Schulte (Chad Brest); and his grandchild Elle Rae Brest. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
