He is survived by: his father Dick Horn; his wife Denise; his sons, Brian Horn (Laura), Dan Horn (Jamie) and Kurt Horn; his grandchildren, Bradyn, Ben, Mason, Chase, Joey and Breann; and his siblings, Patty Hulbert (Jerry) and Bob Horn (Joan).

Memorial donations in memory of Bill may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran School.
