He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank II and Betty; and his siblings, Frank Koelsch III and Barbara Seidel. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, William C. "Bill" Koelsch Jr. and Jo-Nell Sieren (David); his grandchildren, Jasmine Ganey, Austin Tessmer and Ava Sieren; his siblings-in-law, Julie Koelsch and Lee Seidel; and his nieces and nephews, Beth Rennecker, April Drake, Stacy Miller and Tracy McClain.
