He is survived by: his wife Karen Sprague; his daughters, Kristine, Kathleen Adkins (Terry), Kristi Osiecki (John), Julianne Anderson (Pat) and Jennifer Poweleit (Dale); his grandchildren, Ryan (Sara), Brittany (Chris), Rachel (Andrew), Brandi (Ryan), Tony (Bea), Zac and Sam; his sister Dolores Casey; his parents-in-law, Dick, Gleni Sprague, John, Judy Sprague, Jim, Brenda Sprague, Bill and Marti Sprague (Terry Block); and his siblings, Raymond F. Rolfs (Janice) and Edith Stoll (Ed Casey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
