He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoot Schanke and Peg Schanke. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Panfil (Bill), Robin Koutecky, Lisa Persch and Scott Schanke; his granddaughters, Ella Koutecky and Emma Persch; his sibling Ardis White (Bud); and also Nancy Schanke. He is also survived by niece, a nephew, other relatives, and friends.
