He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen M. Kloss. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Sharon Fusek (Don), Mark Waraksa, Denise Block (Richard), Paul Waraksa (Colleen) and Eric Waraksa; and his nieces and nephews, Jamie, Brittney Waraksa, Allison and Natalie Block. He is also survived by many friends and relatives.
