He was predeceased by: his wife Wendy. He is survived by: his children, Patrick, II (Shelley), Mark (Amanda), Christopher (Heather) and Jennifer Grad (Frank); and his brother Michael (Cindy). He is also survived by nieces, other family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patrick's name to the American Cancer Society.
