She is survived by: her spouse Blair D. Dixon; her children, Susan Farley (David) and Richard Dixon (Jacqueline); her grandchildren, David Farley, Cody and Dana Dixon; and her sibling-in-law Vaughn Morouse. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Tripoli Hospital Transportation Fund appreciated.
