We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2021, at the age of 51, Matthew A. Chmielewski (Muskego, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his son Bennett; his stepchildren, Chloe Miller and Nate Miller; his father Red (Carol); his siblings, Patty Perkins (Tim) and Jeff (Terri); his nephew Bryan (Megan); his niece Janet (Scott Ehardt); and his close friend Jen Doty.

Due to the recent increase in COVID variant cases, the family asks that masks be worn if you will be attending.
