He was predeceased by: his spouse Romaine Lalko. He is survived by: his children, Karin Hierlmeier (Jeff), Jamie Blubka (Steve), Christopher Lalko (Renee) and Lesa Krawczyk (Robert); and his grandchildren, Kyle, Justin Hierlmeier, Madeline, Chloe Glubka, Isaac, Aaron Lolka, Brenna, Camryn and Maille Krawczyk. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
