He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Radke and Josephine Radke; and his parents-in-law, Norman and Bernadette Sawicki. He is survived by: his wife Bette Radke; his brothers, Neal Radke (Jill Giencke), David Radke (Roz) and Scott Radke (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Sawicki (Cindy) and Jane Napieralski (Kal). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Leonard Catholic Church in Muskego, WI or Ducks Unlimited would be appreicated.
