She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine "Willie" and Gladys (Nee Scharles); her siblings, Thomas (Rita) and Diane Berka; and also Rene Kossow.
She is survived by: her brother Gerald (late Sandra); her nieces and nephews, David, Kathleen Pavlik (James), Jean, Patricia, Donald (Lonnie Foshey), James, Cynthia, Christine Kerber (Al) and Brett; and her great-niece Megan Pavlik. She is also survived by other great nieces & nephews, cousins, & many special close friends.
