He was predeceased by: his parents, Etta Jaeger and Marty Jaeger of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.; and his siblings, James "Butch" and Mickey Ring. He is survived by: his wife Joannie (Romanowski); his brother Jay (Gail); his daughters, Deborah Gale (Jeff) and Patricia Herman; and his grandchildren, Samantha Herman, Nathaniel Gale (Anna) and Adam Herman.
