She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Fort and Mildred Cunningham Fort; and her siblings, Clifton Fort, Jr., Doris Jean Levy and Sedell Watt.

She is survived by: her children, Fred A. Jackson, Rosalind R. Jackson and Derrick L. Jackson; her grandchild Jazzlind J. Jackson; and her siblings, Gloria Sprewer of Milwaukee, Patricia Kinsey (Albert) of Englewood, Cailifornia, Evelyn Goosby, Georgia, Theodis Fort (Shirley) of Milwaukee and Larry B. Fort of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
