He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Amanda Schimmel, Gerald Jr. Schimmel (Kelly) and Zachary Schimmel (Jessica Schuler); his grandchildren, Cheyenne Schimmel, Lorelai Schimmel, Grayson Schimmel, Kenzi Schimmel, Cole Schimmel, Amberly Jones and Ben Jones; his great grandchild Skylar Schimmel; his parents, Norma Schimmel and Albert Schimmel; his brothers, Orin Schimmel (Julie) and Richard Schimmel; and his former wife Loretta Rinehart. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
