He was predeceased by: his brother John; and his parents, Judith Kelly and John Kelly. He is survived by: his spouse Kim; his daughter Grace; and his siblings, Kathy Miller (Steve) and Patrick (Teri). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other loved relatives, and many friends.
