He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Leslie and Cortney (John); and his grandchildren, Penn, Paige, Anne and Alice. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters in law, much loved nieces and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial scholarship is being created in Fran's honor to help a Muskego High School graduate pursue trade education.
