He is survived by: his spouse Sandy; his children, David Allen Bell and Sue Casper (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Amy, Stephen (Destiny) and Matty; his siblings, Dan Bell (Kathy) and Peggy Deal (Rich); and his siblings-in-law, Ken (Kathy) and Karen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other loved relatives, and many friends.
