He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth. He is survived by: his mother Gail Herda (Pape); his brother Shaun; and his sister-in-law Carolyn.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, ACAP (Adaptive Community Approach Program) or the Neuroscience Research Center at Froedert Hospital.
