He was predeceased by: his sister Cindy Kellogg (Kip). He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Nicholas (Cecelia) and Lindsey (Walker Evans); and his siblings, Randy (Roxanne) and Sandy Bachmann (Gary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
