She was predeceased by: her father Alvin Tills. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Meaghan Ward (Matthew) and Tim (Katie); her stepchildren, Matthew (Kerry), Annabelle, Lorelei, Scarlett, Ty and A. J. Carol; her mother Margaret Tills; her sister Nancy Duchow; her nephews, Scott (Erin) and Ryan Duchow; and her cousin Laurel Kammeyer (Terry).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials in Carol's name be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or the Muskego Food Pantry.
