She is survived by: her spouse Leslie; her sons, David Constantineau (Denise) and Jim Constantineau (Lory Taylor); her grandchildren, Megan Feldt (Devin), Sean Constantineau, Alicia Taylor (Miles Paquette-Falk) and Hallie Taylor; her siblings, Beverly Pankau and Charles Lee Hoyt, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Clark, Gail Dockter (Galen), Sue Plochocki, Bruce Constantineau (Janice) and John Constantineau (Mary).
Memorials in Carol's name may be made to Early Childhood Development at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, or Public Safety Cadets.
