He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sherri Bird (Tisdale); his children, Jeremy Bird (Sarah) of Muscoda and Brenda Chitwood (Matt) of Muscoda; his grandchildren, Levi Bird, Luella Chitwood and Frank Chitwood; his mother Caryl Miller (Bill) of Muscoda; his siblings, Gary Bird (Eva) of Muscoda, Kathy Riddiough (Dale) of Lone Rock and Doug Bird of Lancaster; and his father Paul Bird. He was also cherished by aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
