He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Jill Makovec (Jason Maas) of Madison and Jay Makovec (Rebecca Maas) of Madison; and his siblings, Agnes Borchert of Rio Rancho, NM, Anna Marie Fuller of Burley, ID, Joe Makovec (Betty) of Muscoda and Don Makovec (Sandy) of Bartlesville, OK. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
