It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Serio (Muscoda, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 30, 2019, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Cheryl; her daughter Cora; and her sisters, Enid, Gloria and Gillian.
