She is survived by: her husband Robert Urbach; her children, Donna Urbach of Richland Center, John (Chris) of Atlanta, GA, Jim of Spring Green, Jeff of Muscoda, Diana Trumm (Steve) of Boscobel and Joe (Jessica) of Dodgeville; her grandchildren, Kyle (Haylee), Kortney (Frankie), Kelsey (Sam), Kenzie and Lathan; her great grandchildren, Malinda, Arabella, Sophia, Emma and Quinnly; and her sister Mildred Esser of Greenway Manor.
