He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Miller and Martha Miller (Sobek); his wife Dawn Davis; his brothers, Robert and Larry; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Eberle, Francis 'Jeep Davis, Ricky Davis and Dee Davis.
He is survived by: his sister Catherine Eberle of Milwaukee; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Miller of Muscoda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
