He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Richter and Viola Richter; and his siblings, Jimmy Richter and Loretta Richter. He is survived by: his wife Loreli 'Lori Richter; his daughter Tara Maclin (Rich) of Duluth, MN; his stepchildren, Jeffrey Walker (Laurie) of Reedsburg, Melissa Cherry (Todd) of Prairie and Sac; and his grandchildren, Abby Maclin, Emily Cherry, Ben Cherry and Blake Walker. He is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-laws.
