She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Hostetler and IdaMae Hostetler (Kauffman); her husband Roy J. Headings; her sons, Richard, Vernon and Robert; her granddaughters, Karlene and Kylene; her great grandchild Ryan; her great great grandchild Hinsley; and her siblings, Levi, Roy Earl, Raymond, Carrie Eash, EllaMae Long and Ruby.

She is survived by: her sons, Larry (Miriam) of Muscoda and Charles (Betty) of Muscoda; her daughters-in-law, Cindy and Lanora; her grandchildren, Monica, Mrs Leonard Headings, Lucinda (Mrs Dennis Headings), Charlotte (Mrs Vernon Kempf), Troy Headings (Ellen), Kristal (Mrs Marlin Zimmerman), Richard Headings (Pauline), Lisa (Mrs Morris Zimmerman), Darren Headings, Shelly Headings and Jennifer Engelhart; and her sister-in-law Bertha Headings. She is also survived by 48 great- grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren.
