She was predeceased by: her son Timothy; and her parents, Louis Pagel and Mabel Pagel. She is survived by: her spouse Lee; her children, Vicki Hoppe (Dana), Lauren Kowalicki, Thomas Kowalicki and Terrence Kowalicki; her stepchildren, Jody Strutz (Scott) and Erin Gastrau (Ken); her grandchildren, Andrew Hoppe (Amie), Joseph Kowalicki (Sandra), Shawn Hoppe, Keith Kowalicki and Kevin Kowalicki; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Leach, Michaela Leach, Jacob Leach, Abigail Gastrau and Joshua Gastrau; her great grandchildren, Vesper Hoppe and Willow Kowalicki; her siblings-in-law, Sandra Searing (Alan) and Sheran Booth (Peter); her niece Stephanie Searing (Rod); her nephew Jason Searing (Natalie); and her close friend Evie. She is also survived by kids, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Dementia Society of America, in Sue's name, deeply appreciated.
