He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Angela Hayes (Nicholas), Amy Jo Wozniak (Michael Rinaldi) and Andrew Wozniak (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Katherine, Elizabeth, Kailey, Finn, Nolan and Rowan. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
