Rick W. Jay Of Mukwonago, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2022 at the age of 66. He is survived by his longtime girlfriend Cheryl Wozniak; brother of Sandy (Robert) Westerdahl, Vicki Rebholz, Randy (Tammy) Jay, and Jeff Jay. He is further survived by his step-mother Sandy Jay, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
In accordance to Rick's wishes, there will be no services.
