She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Kolczynski and Helen Kolczynski; her husband Peter Matranga; her sister Judith; and also Jim Kappel.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Valentine, Barbara Matranga, John and Gerald; her grandchildren, Orianna, Nicole (Nick), Kaitlyn, Alex and Kyle; her great grandchild Adeline; and her sister Carole Beidtasch (Chuck).
