He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Zaruba and Anna Tomasek. He is survived by: his children, Max Zaruba (Sherry) of Eagle, WI and Delinda Quintero (Johnny) of Mukwonago, WI; his grandchildren, Max Zaruba of Pewaukee, WI, Tommy Zaruba of Alabama, Katie Smith (Alex) of North Prairie, WI and Shyair Quintero of La Crosse, WI; and his great grandchildren, Emma and Elyse. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
