He was predeceased by: his father Jack Trease. He is survived by: his wife Monique; his children, Caitlin Christine Trease (Jordan Fagan) and Adam Michael Trease; his mother Evelyn Wink Trease (Gunther); and his siblings, Randy Trease and Lisa Dahlgren (Eric). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
