She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Collins and Barbara Collins; her parents-in-law, John (Jack) and Marjorie Sullivan; her brother-in-law Thomas Mead; her aunts and uncles, Edward Birk, George (Jean), Purley (Mary), Bill, Harold, Leo, Vilas Collins (Bud), Viola Collins, Edna Petersen (Joseph), Helen Brown (Wayne) and Marymae Parks (Frank); her nephew John Sullivan; and her cousins, Debbie Parks, William Collins and Letha Richards (Paul).
She is survived by: her husband Paul Sullivan; her children, Kimberly Zarnstorff (Jonathon), Michael Sullivan (Alana), Erin Sullivan and Daniel Sullivan; her grandchildren, Tyler Zarnstorff, Alexis Zarnstorff, Cameron Drost, Finley Sullivan, Madeline Drost and Aislin Sullivan; her siblings-in-law, Mark Sullivan (Liz), Molly Mead, Daniel Sullivan (Denise) and Sam Sullivan (Nancy); her aunt Lorraine Birk; her nephew Matthew Mead (Lisa); her nieces, Jorie Walker (Brian) and Carolyn Sullivan; and her cousins, Jennifer Schroeder (Steve), Colleen, Brian (Stephanie), Linnea, Corrine Collins, Joseph Petersen, Sandy Grimm (George), Bette Bastian (Brad), Cecil, Marta Brown, James, Patricia, Roseann Parks and Christine Jones (Jordan).
