She is survived by: her parents, Terry Rush and Barb Rush (Shimon); her husband Jason; her sons, Kyle and Tyler; her in-laws, John and Sue Klinko; her brothers, Dan Rush (Tami) and Chris Rush (Tonya Jo); and her brother-in-law Justin Klinko (Anna). She is also survived by other relatives and many, many friends.
